Club Volleyball 2010

Ages: 5th – 12th graders

Practice Dates: Wednesdays and Thursdays, February 17 – May 8, from 6-8 p.m.

Location: New Kindergarten Center
Plus 4 to 5 Saturday tournaments in Idaho Falls/Rexburg/Teton

Cost: $350 per athlete
$25 discount if paid in full by January 20, 2010 OR
$175 due February 1, $175 due March 1

Fees include: Eastern Idaho Volleyball Club dues, uniform, coaching, equipment, and facility use fees.

*$30 may be discounted if using last year’s jersey.  Jersey #_______

Scholarship: Our policy is to accept everyone who wants to participate. If there are financial constraints, please consider applying for one of our partial scholarships by sending a letter to the address below explaining your circumstances and how much you can afford to pay. Due Jan 15, 2010

BOYS are welcome! They play one age group up, i.e. a 14-year-old boy would play on a team with 16-year-old girls.
